MCI 1L Blue-i Gloss 6600 Wood & Metal Paint
BLUE-i Gloss 6600 is a high quality fast drying solvent-based alkyd high gloss enamel for exterior & interior application on metal & wood surfaces. It is antifungal and water resistant, good hiding & easy-to-apply, having excellent gloss retention, making it ideal to be used in repainting works or housing projects where budget & fast completion of works are of major concern.

SURFACE PREPARATION
New Ferrous Metal / Wood
Surface generally must be clean, free from rust, oil, grease, dust and other contaminants and must be thoroughly dried before application. Steel surface shall be manually wire brush or power tool cleaning to remove all rust or loose millscale as to comply with minimum Swedish Standard ST 3, then primed with appropriate anti-corrosion primer follow by undercoat before application of finishing coat. Wood surface shall be sand down to smoothen the surface, then primed with aluminium wood primer follow by undercoat before application of finishing coats.
Previously Painted Ferrous Metal / Wood
Previously painted surface should be thoroughly rubbed down using a suitable abrasive paper and then dusted off. Any loose and flaking paint film must be scraped off, rust should be thoroughly removed. The entire surface must be dry and free from dust, grease and other contaminants, spot-primed any surface imperfection with appropriate primer / undercoat before application of finishing coats.
